1. My main currency is IDR, so USD prices will tend to change. Non-local orders will use the USD price.

2. For PERSONAL USE only, you as the buyer are allowed to view, download, and use it for non-profitable means. The commissioned piece may NOT be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The content may NOT be resold, relicensed, sub-licensed, used in advertising, merchandising, or products of any kind.

Ask me in advance if you want a commercial use commission, the price will differ (+100% for monetized content, +200% for commercial merchandising).

Some examples are, but not limited to:
-printing the commissioned piece to display it on your wall -> personal use.
-use the commissioned piece as your streamer account’s profile picture -> monetized content.
-selling the commissioned piece either physically or digitally i,e: paid emote pack, t-shirt, stickers, paid wallpaper -> commercial merchandising.​

3. DON'T use any part of the commissioned piece for non-fungible tokens (NFT)s, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, or any other crypto-related schemes.

4. I tend to NOT work with deadlines due to device limitations, however I’ll try to keep my delivery time at max 1 month after the final sketch, it may take longer the more complex or more characters you order. (except if you're commissioning me for a special occasion, i.e: birthday, anniversary, etc, then I'll try to match it, but if the deadline is too close I might charge a rush fee or decline your offer).

5. Full payment UPFRONT only. However, if the amount is > 125USD then it is okay to pay 50% upfront and 50% after the final sketch.

Keep in mind, that the price in my pricelist is for 1 time full payments, paying in installments may increase the price due to fees charged per transaction depending on the payment service you choose.

6. Payments via local bank transfer (BCA), Western Union, Paypal (invoice), VGen, or Ko-fi.

7. NO REFUNDS once I have already finished the final sketch. (Specifically for PayPal/Ko-Fi, refunds are only for the BASE PRICE (deducted by the paypal/vgen fee, since paypal no longer covers those). e.g: if the price is 6$, the amount refunded will be 5.44$ not 6$)

8. I have the right to post the commissioned piece and use it as my portfolio, however you're allowed to post it in my stead (you may also ask me to not post it until a certain date, e.g: for a birthday surprise). If you want to keep your commission private (not posted, used in portfolio, nor merch) then there will be a 50% NDA fee.

9. If the commission is in a form of a fanart then I may use the commissioned piece for prints or merch. There is an option to opt out from this for a 50% charge because it will be a lost of income on my part (please do check the form, it’s automatically opted out if the piece includes an OC)

10. The copyright of the artworks are mine.

11. I have the right to refuse your order if I think it's beyond my skills/capabilities.

12. Only 3 minor revisions during the sketch can be made (applies to non-skeb comms), therefore please make your order specific to avoid mistakes (I won't count the revision if the mistake is on my part). After 3 minor revisions or if you want to make a major revision, an additional charge will be given.

(It differs from case to case. Some examples are but not limited to:
-minor: expression changes, partial pose change (from waving hand to peace sign), partial accessory/clothing changes (erase bracelet, add earrings), etc
-major: camera angle changes, drastic background changes (from forest to lake), drastic pose changes (from jumping to sitting), drastic clothing changes (from casual sweaters to prince attire), etc.

13. No post-sketch revision unless the mistake is on my part. If you still want that post-sketch revision, then a 10% charge per change will apply, The fees will be invoiced separately after the final change is approved. If during the post-sketch revision a mistake was made on my part and needed a revision, that specific revision is free of charge.
